S-METOLACHLOR 96% EC is a highly effective selective pre-emergence herbicide formulated as an Emulsifiable Concentrate (EC), designed for the control of annual grasses and certain broadleaf weeds in a wide range of crops.

Mode of Action:

S-Metolachlor: A chloroacetanilide herbicide that inhibits elongation of shoots and roots in germinating weed seedlings by disrupting lipid and protein synthesis.

 It is absorbed mainly through the shoots of emerging weeds, preventing their growth before they emerge from the soil.

 Provides strong residual soil activity for extended weed control.
