Fipronil 5% EC is a broad-spectrum insecticide formulated as an Emulsifiable Concentrate (EC), widely used to control a variety of chewing and sucking pests in agricultural crops.

Mode of Action:
Fipronil belongs to the phenylpyrazole group and works by disrupting the insect’s central nervous system. It blocks GABA-regulated chloride channels, leading to paralysis and eventual death of the pest.
